A few days ago we published on the Platform Architecture III Architecture Biennale 2010 in Maracaibo, Venezuela. "Devil EXPERIENCES AND OPPORTUNITIES", taking place at the Centro de Belles Arts - Atone de Maracaibo and the Centro de Arte de Maracaibo Lie Bermudez.
The terrain is flat and the dimensions are 45 x 55 m, a total of 2480.00 square meters and are located in a condominium lot near the beach and a nature reserve in the north of the island of Santa Catharina.
The development of the project was to plan the needs of the northern property owner. His first wish contemplated a room style “Alpine”, but was proposed a solution that meets the needs presented, and that had something more than that, it had a more contemporary aesthetic care that best suits the terrain, their amplitudes, and manages these visions of landscape and site of sunburn.
One of the requirements was that the whole composition was earthy, and the leisure sector to stay in remaining separate from the main body, with the other program areas. This was giving the party of the project.
